At QIT, our mission is to support your business by integrating fully trained RV repair CSR's through our mobile RV technician answering service. We manage your scheduling, dispatching, administrative tasks (Warranty & Insurance Claims), Estimate Building, social media, inbox, and more, allowing you to focus on delivering quality services as an RV technician.
Our mobile technician answering service ensures a seamless experience, enabling you to concentrate on what you do best. We may not be able to do what you do, but we understand it very well.
Additionally, our RV Tech Receptionist Service acts as a virtual office for RV technicians, providing the support you need to enhance your client interactions. There is no need for you to purchase or rent a brick & mortar (with electricity, internet, water, or other utilities), just to have an office space. We build you one in a secure cloud environment!
Current Onboarding ETA: 2-3 WEEKS (2 Onboarding)
You choose what you want QIT to handle:
* Call-Taking/Dispatching: Starting $10-$12 per/hr
* Warranty & Insurance Claims Processing: 10% or Hourly Available
* Email/Website/Social Media (Yelp, Google, FB Posts/Reviews): $2 per/hr
